Bayer Stone, Inc. is your complete natural quarried limestone supplier. We not only quarry and fabricate domestic limestone; we can also assist in the design of your stone project. We offer complete shop drawing capabilities and are members of the Allied Stone Industries,  and the Indiana Limestone Institute.

Bayer Stone is a third generation company providing stability and flexibility in the building stone industry. Bayer's first quarry was operational in 1930, and for 75 years has provided building stone for projects across the United States and around the globe. From a single piece to a full building, custom fabrication of your stone need is our specialty. We can provide the technical assistance that you may require in budgeting, detailing, and anchoring.

Bayer Stone’s commercial and residential abilities are wide ranging and include such projects as restoration of government buildings; homes and buildings on the national register; churches, altars, crosses & spires; golf course club houses and landscaping; museums; ADA improvements and signage. We have provided natural quarried stone for multi-million dollar homes as well as moderately priced homes across the entire United States. We can provide natural quarried limestone for counter tops, floor tiles and pavers, sills, trim, columns, keystones, quoins, balusters, railing, and address stones as well as a variety of machine split rubble and cut stone veneers.

GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
Bayer Stone quarries and fabricates Bottom Ledge Cottonwood, Top Ledge Cottonwood, Tuxedo Grey, Chestnut Shell and Onaga limestones,  the different stone types are quarried in 5 different locations in  Chase and Pottawatomie Counties in Kansas. In addition to the Kansas stone Bayer also fabricates Indiana Limestone. The most commonly applied stone finishes are: Honed, Sanded or Rubbed, Belt Sawn or Diamond Sawn, Split Face, Pitch Face, Sandblasted, Bushhammered and Polished. Bayer Stone is known for their custom carving capabilities and can quote and produce custom rubble on request.
